Warning! Virus!

Bruce's e-mail just sent me an e-mail saying something about Test, and it had an attachment... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ATTACHMENT IF YOU GET IT...it is a Virus... Very lucky me that Yahoo noticed it was a Virus... DO NOT DL THE ATTACHMENT

I got that email virus too. It would really take an idiot not to recognize that one.

hello I got a virus from from trackshark.com and also from Lonestar.com today but they were blocked???

My computer deleted the ones I got??? Polevaulter4life are in my address book as well as scott duckworth is.

I think this came from someones list that has our names in it.

I have run a full scan and my computer is clean!!!

I talked to my web host earlier about it today because supposedly I had sent one to Kris!

He said that someone (the screename escapes me, but they were out of Ohio) has our names in his address book. The virus sends out an email that says Hi as the subject and it has an attachment.

Viruses can make it look like a friend sent something to you when it really came from somewhere else. You should NEVER open an attachment if you are not sure what it is.

ESPECIALLY if it is a .exe file. Never ever ever open an email that has one unless you are positive that the sender is supposed to be sending you one.

I don't randomly send attachments. If you ever get an email from a polevaultpower.com email address that you are not sure about, you can send me a PM through the board to ask me about it.

haha so quit blaming Bruce, it wasn't his fault :P

its VERY easy to NOT get viruses. do NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN OR DOWNLOAD AN ATTACHMENT. thats all. if its very very important, post it on a webpage.

Yeah, i run Linux, so i don't have to bother with any of that junk.

well, it's just a warning to those STUPID enough to DL an attachment like that... (not pointing fingers)...

Macs...haha....I've seen soooo many good jokes against Macs....
