BBCode highlight feature

Hi Becca,

Could we get the BBCode [highlight] for the forum? I think it would be of great use for highlighting specific text in replies. I know I'd like to use it

You can't achieve the desired effect with bold, italics and/or underline?

Ha. I have used the bolding and underlining as you mentioned. Was just being picky since the highlighting looks better. How did you get the current BBCode support for the forum? Did that come by default? No biggie. Figured I'd ask.

It's just part of the phpBB package.
