Just came across complete coverage of the 91 Worlds and some other meets. It is in Spanish, but the coverage is good...much better than that given to the PV by US networks. You may actually have to skip through some of the "down time" between jumps unless you have a lot of time on your hands. It is divided into several clips; this link should take you to the menu of the clips. Most of the good action occurs between clips 37-43.

Also some other great meets posted by this same user...here's the channel

Re: amazing amount of international meet footage
So, there is a lot more here than I thought at first. This link takes you to the user's YouTube channel, which shows many different meets starting at the 1st WC in Helsinki and continuing forward from there, with Olympics and all. Clicking on each meet brings up a menu of clips from each, some are labeled with "pole vault" and others you have to search a little to find the vault. Also a lot of other events for you T&F aficienados. Many of the meets are in Spanish and some in English.

Re: amazing amount of international meet footage
I am posting links to some of the good stuff for those of you who don't want to search through the massive amount of clips this Spanish guy has posted from his old VHS tapes:
1st World Championships Helsinki 1983...Bubka's coming out party
http://www.youtube.com/user/DAVIDEOMUSI ... 4WUhpPHbgw
Los Angeles Olympics 1984; Tully, Bell, Vigneron, Quinon. Great footage, 80's style...I feel bad for the ultrasound guy working on Quinon's hammy!

World Indoor Champs Sevilla 1991; Bubka clears 6.00 sporting a sweet mullet, does a little dance, and misses at 6.13: start video at 2:00 to miss the bad tape
