Gas

Unread postby achtungpv » Thu Sep 01, 2005 9:55 pm

How much is gas where you are? I just filled up for $2.85 this morning.

Just balanced the old checkbook for August and we dropped just over $720 in gas last month...i'm thinking that buying a 4runner & tacoma in the past three months may not have been the best idea!

Wow....I'm jealous

I paid 3.15 today....

seriously, like 3 days ago gas was on it's way down and it was the first time I saw it below 2.60 in a LONG time, and then it spiked to 2.80 the next day and now 3.15

$3.09...I've decided I'm never going to buy a car. I may as well not renew my liscence and get a sweet bike.

I still have to drive back to JB, then up to St Louis next week and back the week over :crying:

I am thinking no more road trips for me for awhile after that. My car eats up enough gas just driving around JB. I am bringing my bike back up with me, but I don't know that there is much near my house worth driving too.

I was thinking about driving to the UF-UGA game, but I'm gonna start looking at plane tickets instead

Went out to dinner and was running late so I decided to wait till afterwards to fill up. Drove past the gas station and it was 2.99 for regular. After dinner went to the same place to fill up (2 hours later) and it was 3.29.

30 cents in 2 hours.... I was kinda bitter

Gas $$$$$

Unread postby drcurran » Fri Sep 02, 2005 2:12 pm

Around here (SE PA) gas seems to be around $3.30 gal. Last year I drove 11,600 miles to officiate. Guess I'm going to have to re-think where I go and how often I can volunteer :(

With my big a.. car I decided it's cheaper for me to fly from Tucson to Phoenix that to drive, this is only 100 miles people....
