A 1981 volvo station wagon. I'm a sophomore in college and i'm currently driving the car i came home from the hospital in! Stick shift makes it $$$. Just this week installed a fatty stereo system, kicked off with a 10" 600 watt sub in the back. I think the car is going to rattle apart. Two greatest things about it: #1. Has a sturdy rack for strapping on poles. #2. Has teh best turning radius of any car i've ever seen. I beleive the wheels turn PAST 45 degrees.

In high school we used to take it out and spin donuts on muddy fields and gravel parking lots until we got so dizzy we were sick. It has incredible off road capabilities for a 23 year old 4 cylindar two wheel drive manual transmission station wagon. Actually i think its just the driver. With this kind of treatment you'd figure she'd be sitting in a junk yard 6 years later, but nooooo, she's on 210K and stronger than ever.

I drive a 91 "old" blue Ford ranger that I purchased specificaly to haul poles. I have installed a custom rack on to haul my sons pole vault poles and pole tube. This truck runs great - 4 cyl, auto tranny, and about 1/2 the paint missing a real Hot Rod. I got in the habit of calling this truck the "pole mobile" and now EVERYONE I work with and anyone who knows my son always laugh and call it the by name !!!!!!!!

YES IT IS............got it all decked out, windshield, bags, hwy pegs, back rest................and since I have NO stickers on it lots of people (not true riders) ask if its a Harley..............of course my reply is no, because its actually running not in some state of repair AND i still have enough money to actually put gas in it and ride it.

oh dont get me started. This year ive had the privedge of driving 3 cars that ive loved. I finished rebuilding a wrecked cherokee this summer and it was great for hauling stuff, but my title didn't come in time so i drove my parents Tacoma for the first few weeks of the year. Which was also great for getting around. Anyway, sold my jeep off and now im driving the love of my life.

1992 300gt Vr-4
Twin turbo
All wheel drive
All wheel steering

0-60 in 5.4 but i got a few trick sup my sleeve. heading towards 400hp!!

(but it doesn't exactly carry poles, i may invest in a beater truck here soon)

After the 36K warranty and before 45K miles, I replaced the AC, heat, all 4 power window motors (each died within a 4 month span), brakes, and other things I can't even remember now. Currently, at 60K, none of the power mirrors or locks work, you can only lower the passenger side windows from the driver's side controls, and a host of other mechanical and electrical problems that Jeep can't figure out.

Definitely taught me never to buy american again. Trading the jeep in for a toyota 4-runner next year to go with my tacoma pre-runner.

lol...you're the exact opposite of my family...all our cars are domestic. we have a 92 ford taurus thats rounding out 200k and still going strong. AC doesn't work, and neither does the passenger window button, but it runs great. had a problem with a 2001 taurus though...everytime the car was turned on, an awful gas smell would filter thru the vents, and sometimes while driving too. it was something with the o-rings i think, they were getting saturated with gas or something...we eventually were basically given a new car (an 02 this time, they had changed something about the engine design...the 01 we bought wasn't the only one we experienced the odor in, we had a few 01 rentals while they were trying to fix ours, and smelled it in a few of them too)...they were never able to fix it.

anyway, i drive a silver 99 mercury cougar

White 02 Saturn SL power nothing (i'm in college can't afford it) I did get AC, and a free CD player when I bought it. I've added a bra cause the streets of Tucson did a number on my old car's (88 mazda 323) paint. Also added a roof rack to carry poles, a must since I drove every where last outdoor and this indoor season (~20000 miles). I have 48100 miles already, I bought the car with nothing on it in August of 2001.

I drive a 1980 Bronco with 11 inches of lift and has 40 inch super swampers on it. I built a 460 cubic inch motor for it which is pushing 5 36 horsepower and 604 ft lbs of torque. The only way to ride is in a big truck.
