4 x 400 Relay

U.S. Men set a new world record at 3:01.97. That is about a 45.5 average split... that is sickening! Big article on Trackshark.

actually that comes out to 45.4925 splits! give the credit where credi is due..... some people appriciate that last .0075 seconds! haha, im just trying to be mean zachmo.....and congrats on some good jumping so far this year!
