well..there hasnt been a post in a while..so ive decided to post..lol. has anyone been doin summer training for gymnastis? if so..how many hours a week? just thought this might spark some more conversation..lol

Yep im definitely doing summer training for gymnastics cuz were aiming at taking state next year!!! about 15 hours a week

yup..im training like 10 hours a week..im only doin our highschool team now..if i wasnt and i was still on team i owuld be working out like 28 hours a week..its crazy..lol
