I need to interview a manager...

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Mon Mar 07, 2005 2:15 pm

I need to interview a manager for my Principles of Management class.

They define a manager (for this assignment) as: "Any person whose job primarily involves supervising the work of other people. The manager may work in a business, public or private agency, school, university, etc. The nature of the duties, not the type of organization, is the important criterion."

I have 10 roles/typical activities and you'll be asked to rate (on a numerical scale) how important the role is to effective job performance, how time consuming the role is, and then you will have to give a brief example of the job duties performed in fulfilling this role.

If you qualify and would like to help me, email or pm me becca@polevaultpower.com The assignment is due either Tuesday or Thursday next week.

Thanks :)
