Red Sox vs. Yankees

Does anybody care about the Red Sox - Yankees series? Although I'm a rabid pole vaulter (I'd prefer to watch a track meet on TV to a baseball, football, or basketball game), I do enjoy baseball a lot. My 15 year old son is a serious h.s. baseball player (6 ft. 200 lbs. - not the best physique for a vaulter, oh well) and he's a Yankees fan. I'm a Red Sox fan (I work in Boston). Speaking of which, I had better get away from my computer and go watch the game right now!

Yes I always get that look from others when I prefer to watch a track meet rather than a football game.

We need more meets on TV

!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a whole topic in the other forum dedicated to the Sox game! I care a lot about the Sox!! my entire school is very into the game...last night when we won (and when they beat oakland) we were out in the quad cheering the Sox on and shouting "yankees S*CK!"

well, evnthough i played it for 6 years, i hate baseball.... but if i had to pick a team, itb be the Sox.

Cubs aren't in this game :p If they make it to the world series, then hopefully they'll be playing the Sox...
