Sorry it's so big, but it's all my jumps from nike.

Hey if you want I can convert it into a flash file. It will be a smaller file size and I'm sure more people will be able to see it. I'll leave it downloading for the night and come back to check tomorrow.

First of all, you are doing 98% of the big things very well. Keep it up.

In my opinion, to improve you need to clean up your plant mechanics. If you begin moving your arms up half a step sooner you will be able to takeoff at a higher angle and swing with more force. Any other criticisms are all related to the same slightly late plant.

Keep up the good work. 5.20-35 should be right around the corner.

thanks, i converted the video to a smaller format, ill have it up this afternoon.

I appreciate the comments barto.

Plant mechanics as in be taller faster at the plant im assuming?

Also, one thing my coach and i discussed was how i carried the pole too low during the run up phase, this was a while ago, however im not sure if it is fixed yet, ill have to look again.

Open it in windows movie maker, then put everything you want in the little film strip, then go to SAVE AS MOVIE FILE...
next go to save it under MY COMPUTER, then choose the option for 512K Upstream

I think thats kinda a good explanation, next time, just PM me

Hey Hunter,
Congrats man. Sweet jumping! I wish I could have jumped like that in high school man! Keep up the good work, and hope to hear big things with your name attached to them this outdoor season! Again congrats on what I think was a PR?

Work on your pole carry also...your top hand is drifting way too far back and the pole works its way below the wrist of your bottom hand...you are steering the pole to the box instead of letting the pole drop. You're very fast on the runway but that video gives me the impression that your stride isn't open and natural like it should be...maybe some sprint work would help that.

on of the things that i see after watching it a couple of times, is that your turn kinda lets one of your legs fly away from your body, im sure you have heard this before, but otherwise you look great! good job!

Congratulations on a great indoor season. You remind me of Randy Hall (18 plus jumper in the late 70s early 80s from Texas). Good luck this season have fun, you have excellent coaches.
