This season i have been stuck at my current PR and can't really hit the next height i need. Furthermore i know my vault needs a lot of improvement and i just don't know what to exactly work on. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I'm currently using a 12'6 165 pole gripping at about 12 feet
