Things I see immediately:
1) Runway/Takeoff/Plant
-low knees on last steps
-low carry
-atrocious pole carry (top arm almost fully extended behind me!

-blocking out (I don't row back into pole, so I get put flat on my back)
2) Swing
-not always there, sometimes straighter, but always breaks too early
-I don't get rocked back all the way
3)Invert
-hips stop rising, many passive phases.....
-I don't stay close to the pole, and I tend to shoot out
4) Flyaway
-sometimes more relaxed than others but usually less than controlled
