Not bad for someone without a coach BUT need your height/weight/ length of run/how many steps AND film of entire vault from first step.

thanks i am 5 ft 10 nd weigh about 160lbs. its from 6 lefts from 74ft 6inches.ill try and include more. do you know any reason on the second jump on the larger pole why i cant seem to get enough penetration?

Where are your standards on the first jump? Doesn't look like you're getting enough penetration on that pole to move up. Also, try to get your hands on a bigger pole from the same length. It is a lot harder to go from a 13'6 170 to a 14'6 160 then say a 13'6 180.

standares are at around 24 inches on the first clip (or somewhere aroundthere, it was a kinda crappy setup. note the cloud of dust when i land :eek:
