Do you have any pole in between that? it's probably pretty difficult to jump up 2 ft. of pole, as you can see you stalled out in the video.

Okay, well how are you doing on the 12 ft. pole? are you blowing through?

BIG TIME!... i have no time in the air ... the deal with my penetration on this vault is probably just because i had a huge mental block which wasnt allowing me to get on it but if i get comfterable and swing hard and not take off under like i did im pretty sure ill be in there easy

Drop your grip 6 more inches on the longer pole.

Be careful dude, I'm pretty sure when you get rejected like that, it's more than just a "mental" thing. I agree with rainbowgirl28, try dropping your grip.

Plant's late, head is down... Find a medium between those two poles.
Swing as soon as you can while still having finished your take-off.

yo dude, I couldn't help but notice your comment on "Tracy Beginning Petrov" video on youtube.
"dont worry about moving back or raising grip .. worry about her form .... her last step was way long .. so she rolled her momentum on forward into her lift off (bad) also just get her as a begginer to lock out that left arm to get that bend,,, once she gets comfterable with that she can progress more throughout the form but get her steps on .. not under and get that arm out "
and
"my bad shes a lefty..... get her right arm out and locked so she can get a feel for a bend "

Although this was from 3 weeks ago, don't ever give this kind of advice to people again. Locking your bottom arm will get you absolutely no where. So please know your stuff before you give advice. Also you should have some idea who you're giving advice to before you actually do give advice. Tim McMichael (the owner of that account and poster of that video) is an elite vaulter and a great coach. He clearly has a better idea of what to do than you do.
Sorry to call you out like this and don't take this personally, but a ridiculous amount of this garbage is on youtube.
