first practice

I am jumping on a 13'6 145 8.4 altius holding at around 11'-12' (not sure) There is about a 20 mph tail wind. I am approching from 3 lefts. I weight 140.

Just gonna throw in my two cents so dont take anything too personal =D.

bottom arm is kind of colapsed, and you lost your drive knee in mid swing

I should mention that this is just a practice run. I usually jump on a 14' 165.

You're landing way too deep. Move your grip up one to two hands, and adjust your step back to match. You're nowhere near overbending the pole, so it won't hurt to move up.
