During these jumps, I thought mainly about trying to run tall, fast, and getting my last steps underneath me better because based on other critiques of my other vaults on this forum, that is a main issue I need to improve on. I moved down one pole just for this practice during my full 7 left runs. I'm using a 14' 155 holding a foot down with the bungee at about 14'6 to 15' for each 7 left jump. The first jump is from a 4 left using a 13'7 150 pole holding a foot and a half down with bungee at 12'6". What are your guys' thoughts? Thanks!

Looks much better to me, might be time to try the bigger pole again! if you jump like that you should have no problem. Hard to tell from a distance but you might still be reaching forward for the box a tad. Overall looks much better than the bail last week

Re: Another day of practice
Thanks! I had a similar practice today but moved up to a 14' 150 pole holding at 12'6" from 4 lefts. The bungee is at 13' and on the last jump it looks like I would've cleared it!! What do you think of today's jumps??
