Its been a while since I've posted but I need some advice on staying closer with the pole and getting a better top end. I've worked a lot on my approach and take-off over the past year and I believe they have gotten pretty good. My biggest problem now is getting my grip up and being able to stay with the pole and really explode off the top. Here are the two best jumps from my first meet. I believe the take-off in the first video is better and the top on the second jump is better. I'm about 6"-9" under in each jump but the other numbers for take-off and step are all in the video descriptions. Please let me know what you think about my jumps and how I can improve! Any advice is appreciated!
