Arm in or out?

Arm in or out?
Is it better to pull/tuck in your bottom arm to your chest when clearing a bar or to leave both hanging and pull them over?

So basically either works? I think the two arm requires you to hollow out your chest more than the single

take into account newtons third law.. "every action has a reaction" something like that
if you bring your left arm up to your body something else (i.e. your foot) will react. more than likely fall back down. so it is alot better to leave both hanging and then snap over
