So today at r meet i was doing just fine at every part of the vault. Atleast i thought. Well i cldnt seem to go straight fwd. I almost hit the right standard once and the left 3 times. I would have prolly beat my pr the way i was vaultn until this problem occured. Anyone kno what would cause this?

It could be your plant not getting all of the way up, or pulling down with your top arm, or jumping crooked.

You're clearly not doing fine on your run and takeoff if you are going sideways, I suggest a lower grip and a lot of work on being tall at takeoff and taking it right down the middle of the pit.

Well i jus git advised by a girl who came and heloed me. And she said i was prolly bringing my hands around as i went to plant instead of straight up the side if my body so my plant was to the right or left of me. That seems luke ut wld cause it thnkn bout it. Right?

Why not try to improve your grammar and spelling - that might get your head straight and then you can start pole vaulting properly. At least treat readers with some respect -you have not got mine - nor will you get a helpful response.

I didn't understand it either. And I teach "Shop"!
