Hip problem during take off

Unread postby andy94566 » Sat Apr 23, 2011 6:18 pm

Hi
I've tried to search on this topic since it seems like it's a common problem for beginners but I couldn't really find anything so here goes..
When I take off I have a tendency to jump out really flat and then immediately, my hips and legs come up and it's really messing up my vault.
Currently, I''m using a 13'7 150 and 14' 150 pole if that helps. I also have a video of me where this forces me to stop halfway through the vault so if anyone wants to take a look at that video I can post it too.

Thanks
