help me get inverted

im a current 12 foot 6 inches vaulter and my coach is always saying how i shoot my hips out instead of up but he cant really explain how for me to shoot them up i need help in any way shape or form

yes i do go to youtube and search woodworth pole vault not best view but theyre clips of me going over 11 11 6 12 and 12 6
