Hi, I've been lurking on these boards for a while, but I've been struggling with this problem for a while so I decided to make an account and finally post.
New Info:
I weigh 145lb
I am using a 14' 145lb pole holding about 11'6" in all videos
The bungee in all the videos is at 11'
My practice jumps are uploaded to youtube starting with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbMucV8DFr8

The problem I've been having is that, after I take off, I can only swing up into a V shape that I will illustrate in this image:

I almost always get into this V shape and of course from this position there's no way to shoot up to get my hips any higher. My coach has been telling me to drop my shoulders, but I don't know how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
