help!!

thanx for the help on the other post,, those drills did help,,,, now, though, im having problems getting verticle... my coach says i have a great run and good plant, but i cant finish and get verticle, i need help baaad......

And it's usually because their run and plant need work.

The pole vault calls for continually setting yourself up for the next phase. Problems getting inverted means your swing was off. Your swing was most likely off because of your take-off, because of your plant, etc. etc... work on these things and get a highbar if you can.
