So, here's my question. How do you maintain and continuously drive the knee through the whole jump? Is the trick to really hit the pole hard and drive the knee at take off, and from there the drive knee will almost "naturally" stay driven?
Or do you have to think about driving knee to chest throughout the jump?
I know usually when I jump, I jump and drive the knee, but then my trail leg and drive knee sort of blend together?
I dunno but tell me what u guys think.

It seems to me that to get the most energy out of a drive knee, and it set yourself up for the best possible inversion, you should keep it driven and actually bring your knee up to your chest as your trail leg is almost to the pole. Once your knee hits your chest, it has gained all the energy it can for you, and you can straighten it out like your trail leg to set up for an inversion. This should happen right before you begin moving your hips up the pole. Thats what ive been taught!
