does anyone have a system for measuring a consistent checkmark besides running your steps back (which I usually do) because lately I've been having trouble with stutter-stepping.

AAAGGGHHHH!!!

Instead of running your steps back, you might as well throw a rock down the runway and start wherever it lands. It'd be just as accurate.

Look up dj's mid chart...there's plenty of references to it in the forums. Use it as a general guide to develop your run.
