Yea I put the shot... and yes that was a new PR for me i threw 35'3"! Oh and the 11' 1 1/4" was a new PR as well! But God am I sore today!!! Those three events really hurt my back...so now i end up taking alot of time off expecially after meets to try and remain healthy! The guys took sooo long to finish... i kind of liked jumping with no one there... it was like having sooo much less pressure while still at a big meet!

Give it a while to load all the pictures down toward the bottom of the page.
You won't be able to get one from that page or leave a comment cause that's an archive of the old site.
If you want one you'll have to go to the new site at

Well in order to get "pop" or fly away, you need to be in the invert position as your pole begins it's recoil, if your on a pole thats 40lbs over your weight you should most definitely be getting some sort of fly away or pop. So make sure your coach is watching your invert and tuck (tuck being bringing your left ankle to your right hand [ifyour right handed], by the petrov model keeping that swing leg as straight as possible with that right knee bent) phases of your vault and make sure you are hitting those phases, ideally tucking right before the pole recoil and inverting completely as the pole is starting to recoil.
