Adjusting to a bigger pole

Wow. Thanks lonestar. Those physics sure help me better understand this. I'm just waiting for a non-rainy day now to put these techniques to the test. Thanks everyone.

Another thing, a 13'6 160 and a 14 160 are not the poles in progression. Every 3 inches is about 5 pounds so a 14 155 gripping 3 to 4 inches down would be the next pole in progression. just my sense, oh and i jump on pacers most all the time. i am now on carbons, but for most pole progressions up to the 15'6 series the conversion is about every 3 inches is 5 pounds.
