How do I stop sitting over the bar?

lol, oops didn really think about hs thing.. deffinetly gotta b jumpin over ur grip though b4 u move up....otherwise u gotta fix ur technique until u can.

yeah 15 would be a good jump gripping 14, and 16 is possible, but theres alot of technique involved to get there I would say until you can jump 20inches including box over your grip or until you can jump on a 14 footer 20-25lbs over your weight which ever comes first. BE PATIENT W/IT!

also i keep on comming in about a foot inside my take off mark. How much is that effecting my jump? and what should i do to prevent it?
