I'm blocking myself?

Unread postby WestlakePV210 » Sun Apr 22, 2012 9:52 pm

I don't really have a real coach at my HS but another coach told me my front hand is blocking my body from fully swinging up. This also prevents me from inverting because I'm not swinging up. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

At take off focus on pushing up with your left arm and not forward. You should pressure up with both arms at take off.
