i recently started blowing through my pole that was a 13' 130lb pole and am looking for a 13' 140lb pole which i think will help a little bit in its self having the right pole to jump on. but my problem i have noticed through video is that my swing seems to stop into that "chair" or the "L" position. i think my problem might be that i am just not collapsing my bottom arm soon enough so my hips wont swing on through. here is recent video of my practice and meets this week.
