mid mark chart help

mid mark chart help
can someone please explain to me what a mid mark chart is used for? i was taking a look at DJs and i couldnt figure out what it helped with. also i go from 6 lefts i dont use a mid mark, am i still able to use the mid mark chart for whatever its for?

You need a coach or someone to watch your mid mark, it's not something you look at yourself as you are running.

alright i can get someone to watch it....if i go from 6 lefts do i have a mid at 3 lefts? and once i find my mid, how do i utilize the mid chart to my advantage?
