well at the beginning of the season i was using a smaller pole. 4 lbs lighter and a ft shorter. well i have watched myself on video and even in pictures and it looked like at the beginning of the season when i swung up my hips came up some to about 90 degrees or more(still not far enough). but now that i have switched poles my legs swing up but thats it not my hips. one reason might be i think that at first i was advised to look back or at the tip of the pole but lately i havnt been ive almost been looking straight foward and i end up in a V shape with my hips still below me the whole time. could this be a reason or is there something else? please help. i have a meet tomorrow.
