When i vault i get pretty vertical but i dont drop my shoulders and extend off the top of my pole. I sort of swing up to the bar and turn over it. What can i do to work on this? Also, how does being inside affect ones vault? I seem to be consistently 3-6 inches inside where i should be. I still get in and don't see any apparent problems with this but was curious for more information on it. Thanks.
