In desparate need of pole vaulting workouts for form w/pole

Unread postby illinifan912 » Tue Apr 15, 2008 9:07 pm

Hello,
I am in the middle of the season and I am in desperate need of some workouts to help my technique. Everytime I vault it seems that I am clicking my heels when I get up in the air and cannot do the turn. Is their any workouts to help me with these problems. Conference is in 3 weeks and I really need to improve my technique so I can go to conference.

MY PRAYERS GO TO RYAN MOBERG'S FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Running or jumping the chart is just using the mid mark chart, trying to work on run consistency. Use it with 20/20's and ins and outs. 1-2-3-plant-2-3 is the idea of a six-stride plant pattern you could/should use for drilling your plant.
