quick question

This is a forum to discuss pole vault technique as it relates to intermediate level pole vaulting.

I'll be getting the book and DVD sometime this summer. I'm not so sure ill have time for a clinic with all my meets and camps that i already go to, on top of working and packing for college, but when i get the book im sure ill have some ideas for practicing a pre jump.
