the zone athletics is a indoor and outdoor year round training facility. the zone athletics has produced a 1A -2 time state champ and a 2A- 2 time state champ and a 7th grade state champion while she was only a 6th grader. the zone athletics has state of the art training facility including weight lifting equipment. we have dozens of poles and you are welcome to jump on them while here. our first training sessions for the summer begins June 19th and we jump every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm.

15$ for open sessions ( 2 hours )
30$ for private lesson and we are flexible on times just let us know and we can work something out.
