POLE VAULT / HIGH JUMP COMPETITION ONLY

Open competition for all ages

Date: December 27, 2008

Starting time: 5:30 p.m. with the girls, boys to follow

Warm-ups: will start at 4:30 p.m.

Location:
Lincoln-Way Community High School North Campus
19900 S. Harlem Ave, Frankfort, IL (30 miles southwest of Downtown Chicago)
(field house south end of school)

Cost: $10 per athlete (day of event)

Track surface: New 179m Mondo track
Spikes: ¼ inch pyramids only, they will be checked

Use tape only on the track no chalk
No food or drinks in field house other than water for the athletes
