UCS/Spirit not coordinating pole shipping this year

Pole Shipping
Unfortunately we will not be able to provide Pole Shipping services to and from the Summit this year. Due to increased freight costs and insurance issues, UCS/Spirit can not take on the responsibility of shipping personal poles. If you would like to ship your poles yourself with your own shipping companies, please keep in mind that the hotel may charge a fee for accepting the shipments. UCS/Spirit will have a limited amount of poles available to "borrow" but they are on a first come first serve basis. We strongly recommend that you bring your own poles with you. Check with your airline to see if they will accept them. We do not know which airlines will or will not accept them or what the oversize luggage fees will be.
