Re: Photos and Videos from the Summit
watched this live and then studied video after.I feel our girls work hard but has anyone studied isibayva and her technical jump.she is the best with take off in the world .she always hits with front arm bent at 90 degrees flexion and and does not block out.almost all these girls are blocking outat the summit. we have to study isibayvas take off.I WILL GIVE A TECHNICAL BREAKDOWN OF ISI and what i saw in our elite vaulters to help improve our effort to compete internationally.we have the athletes and this is what i can offer in constructive advice... see under ELITE VAUTERS!

Make sure to talk about her plant... Her take-off is so good because of her spectacular plant. I believe that Bubka did not plant as well as Isi does because he let the pole drop too low. Watch how high her left arm stays, then goes FORWARD and UP! ![Yes ](./images/smilies/yes.gif)

For a point of reference, please cite your Q & E before providing any technical analysis. With the anonymity of this board, it's difficult for young inexperienced vaulters to discern invalid advice & analysis from the good stuff. Thanks.

My bad. I saw these Friday midnite and blew it off. Did my mom post these already ? I think mothers should learn computers and get their own login.
