I know for anyone that ever followed TrackShark you would always see at least one post a year asking about Obea Moore and what ever happened to him after high school. And there was always rumor of a come back every year. But now it is official and Obea has made the final 8 in Gatorade's "The Quest For G".

In the video he is the last of the 8 finalist to be selected.

And for you that do not know who Obea Moore is, He set every age group record from age 8-18 and was splitting 44.xx as a 16 year old.

How often do they put a new episode up?? Interesting show, I knew james ball in juco.

He did very well in all the tests. I feel he got snubbed, probably because they had extreme expectations to him as a decathlete. Great overall package, if you ask me, but the judges must have seen something that wasn't shown on the other episodes.

Anyone know what happened to this show? It was really cool, but they haven't put up a new episode or any kind of news in a long time.
