The past 14th of march was celebrated the 6th Pole Vault Symposium in the city of Köln (GER), I think the most important event about vertical jumps that are organized in Europe, with elite coaches and atheletes sharing their experience and knowledge. This year two of the most important coaches of pole vault how are Chauncy Johnson (coach of Hölzdeppe and Mohr) and D'Encausse (Lavillenie coach) were invited. The organization are sharing a pdf of their presentations, And we can make a comparative exercise reading their examples of microcycles. Obviously we lose a lot of information but we can get an idea.
