For those who care about this sort of thing, you may have noticed that the qualifying window for Daegu is shorter this year.
For the 2012 Olympics, the IAAF qualifying window will start May 1, 2011. Note that this is the window for meeting the IAAF standard, it may be different from the window for meeting the standards for the USA Olympic Trials.
IAAF standards will be released around April 2011. I'm sure the USA Olympic Trials standards won't be released until after next year's Annual Meeting (Dec 2011).
