If anyone has shared my view that the indoor season is off to a slow start, then we just hadn't checked Mirko Jalava's world list <tilastopaja.org> recently. Today, he shows the following new national records, except the one below his men's threshold of five meters. Thanks, too, to Heinrich Hubbeling, Børre Lilloe and Michel Saint-Raymond for earlier providing some of these marks.

Just so you'll know it was my mistake and not Mirko's, he also lists a new Slovenian national indoor record by Tina Sutej, finishing second with 4.32 at Fayetteville on 23 January.
