His blog includes several vids, including his 2003 Swedish record 5.87.
Some of the free online translations are hilarious ... thus the title of this thread.

I thought I would publish my notes from training camp in Stellenbosch South Africa. The text is sometimes not so articulate but you will have to live with :-)
I went from Landvetter at 7.40 on Boxing Day stopover in Frankfurt, where we nearly missed the plane to Abu Dhabi.
When I entered the plane sat another man in my place and I was placed in business class, but unfortunately only for 5 minutes then it was he who sat on my seat that would sit there. Checked on Public Enemies on the plane.
The next plan was Abu Dhabi to Cape Town. Pretty good food on the plan.
Sleeping next to nothing on the trip. Landed in Cape Town 07.30. Was really tired, but rested for half an hour and ran a light workout. Ate in Java twice. We played genius also in the evening and I was pretty tired, then slept about 10 hours.
Day 2 double pass some reaction drills, and each length and triple jump, 3.04 m and 9.04 m. The pressure and upper body strength in the evening. Took 90 kg in snatch (pers 100 kg). Ate a T-bone steak on the Spurs in the evening. La me early, around 21.30.
Day 3: Drove rehab workouts in the morning and jumped rod in the afternoon. It went well. Thought that I managed 5.50m, but after checking measurements showed that it was only 5.40 m.
I translated the first piece of his blog up to his Cape Town 5.40 clearance vid ... you can translate the rest yourself.
