Murer 480 in Pole Vault
SAO PAULO (BRA, June 28-29): Fabiana Murer improved her own South American Pole Vault record to 480 cm during final day of "Trofeo Brasil" in Ibirapuera Parc. It is also second best result of the year. World medalist Jadel Gregorio achieved 17.28 in Triple Jump and Area record holder Maurren Higa Maggi got her seasonal (legal) best in Long Jump 699 cm. Interesting improvement for Mahau Camargo Sugimachi with 49.15 at 400 m Hurdles. Bezerra Chinin scored 7850 points to win decathlon. Jesse de Lima went over 228 in High Jump. In the first day Hudson Santos de Souza clocked 3:38.49 at 1500 m and Maila Machado 13.02 at 100 m Hurdles. Rede Atletismo registered high quality 38.89 at 4x100 m.
