I asked Jeff if they get to practice at the Stadium at all before they compete and he said no. They just get what they call a walk through but never even let them on the track, it is more about practice track and call room procedures.
He says they are having technical difficulties, looks like problems with the standards.

On nbcolympics.com are live updates. on the left menu, click on track and field. on schedules and results. it shows womens pole vault in progress. Click on In Progress. it has live updates
