Spiegelburg up, this is her final attempt. Not a very close jump, she will finish 4th and just miss a medal. She can't stop the tears from flowing as she leaves the pit.

The medals will go to Suhr, Isinbayeva and Silva, but who gets what color is up in the air. A clear by Isi ties her for silver with Silva.
