I must of missed the biggest poles thread but off the top of my head I would say

1) Viktor Chistiakov LOW 10'S???
2) Bubka 10.6-8 flex
3) dAvis???
3) The south african 10.6???? Cant think of his name right now
4) Hartwig 10.8???
On a whole new level 6-20-09

Kyle are you referring to Brits or Botha?

skippers poles are 5.10 12.xs.. maybe one or two 11. highs,

Brits was on big poles but he was 6'6" 220 lbs so he kinda had to be.

MIroslaw Chmara was on 5.30 9.x poles back in the 80s-90s.
