Yea, crazy, it is not good technique wise, but regarding muscles and such it really shows that nicely (SI and 99.5% of its readers probably don't know about pv and someone upside down is all that 'matters' to them). It was a bad meet for her I guess, she jumped just 15'9...

Its always intersting seeing pictures/camera angles of certain aspects of the vault. I guess the quetion of 'best pv picture ever' comes to mind...

It looks like it was photo shop "cut out" and pasted onto that rather sterile sky scene. The highlights on the edges of her legs are a giveaway. Maybe it can be a contest to find the photo from which this was "cut"? ;) But like Bubba said, those shoes are wicked.
