all these training workouts

Bubka's, wipers, leg lifts, muscle-ups, pullovers, kips, knee-ups, etc...
Any more?
How do you do each of them? I think the leg lifts are the lay on the ground and go inverted onto your shoulders... but besides that i'm clueless.
Help, please

from the list you posted it sounds to me like you need a high bar. where are you located, perhaps there is some one local who could demonstrate, it would probably be much quicker.

I do gymnastics for pv, but i dont think anyone would know what a bubka is or pv specific things like that. My coach never vaulted...
